Ordered delivery through Yelp & was missing half of our order. For 13.00 for chicken fried steak was missing sides. Also Ordered chicken fingers and those were cold. First time ordering from here & I’m very upset because I was looking forward to a great meal. If paying so much for a meal and not including all of the food isn’t good. I would have gone back to location to retrieve missing items if I wasn’t recovering from surgery.

1. Service - I'm writing this review at the request of my waitress, Lynn B. I'm not getting paid by her, and we're not even friends. If you do happen to come into this location, ask for her because I absolutely enjoyed my dining experience with Lynn. She makes you feel very welcomed. As if she is your Aunt and you are just visiting her house on a nice summer weekend. Lol. Ok, maybe I exaggerated a little, but she is by far the best customer service I have ever received at any Willie's Ice House. Management should definitely recognize her as a star employee. She was very attentive, made sure our drinks were always filled, and that we were always ok. When you come in, order at the front, and pay at the table. Find your own seat, and your waitress will be right there with you. 2. Price - about $10 a person? 3. Ambiance - when you walk into this place, you feel as if you are in Louisiana somewhere. Is that the vibe I'm supposed to get? I'm not sure, but that's how I feel. Dress code here is casual. 4. I recommend the FULLY LOADED BAKE POTATO. It's very filling for a grown man. I've also had their CATFISH POBOY, which is also very good. 5. Cleanliness - clean restrooms and dining area. This is a new facility, so super clean. I would definitely come back here, and I recommend them for cajun food.

Tasty food and a good service. Great value. I liked that they include fries in the prices for all the sandwiches, this is unheard of nowadays. They also had some good drink and appetizer specials. Their country fried chicken sandwich was delicious.

Ask for Lynn!! She was fantastic! The food and service at this location is great!! The onion rings were amazing too... Food came out quickly and again LYNN WAS AMAZING! She didn't let us do anything, took care of us and all our needs!

The dine in area is back in full effect. I'll start out by saying that the entire staff is really friendly. My server, Lynn B., was the breakout star. She serviced 2 socially distanced tables with ease. Lynn is very attentive and gives you service with a smile. Definitely request Lynn B. if possible. I had loaded fries as an appetizer, full rack of ribs with salad and sweet potato fries, peach cobbler with ice cream to round things out. Loaded fries were doable, but did lack in there meat department and were slightly salty. It's hard to mess up a salad, so no complaints. Sweet potato fries were done properly. Slight crunch, nnnnnnnnnnooo greasy spot and not soggy after 3 minutes. The ribs fell off the bone. The peach cobbler looked like bread pudding to me, but I enjoyed it. It is bread like in texture, which I enjoyed for being a unique quality, but doubt I'll ever order it again. I want wet peach in my mouth. Licking a dry peach gets old! Overall, you should enjoy your dining experience. The pricing is decent and the staff is great. Come by and see what's on the menu to entice you!
