Good evening, I’m writing to share my deep disappointment regarding a recent experience at your restaurant, which took place during a special family celebration. We chose Willie’s to commemorate two meaningful events: my nephew’s birthday and my niece’s final middle school orchestra concert. Unfortunately, the evening was marred by a series of service issues that left us all feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Our party included approximately 20 guests, including elderly grandparents, an infant, and several young children. My sister called ahead to provide notice, hoping for some flexibility or preparation, but we were informed that accommodating our group would not be possible. Upon arrival, my brother and brother-in-law secured tables, and I approached the bar to order drinks—spending around $26 for two Hopadillos and two margaritas for those assisting with the table. From the beginning, we encountered confusion and a lack of hospitality. The hostess failed to greet me and seemed more focused on waiting for another guest than assisting me when I tried to inquire about placing our food order. I asked if a waitress could take our order at the table and was told I needed to return to the counter—despite us already being seated. Eventually, after placing our order, my wife and I experienced a delay while others who ordered later were served first. Our food arrived cold, and incorrect in some cases. My fiancée’s order was wrong, my burger was missing both mustard and mayonnaise, and one of my brother-in-law’s meals was so off that he didn’t even finish it. Compounding this were the following issues: • No silverware was provided with our meals. • Limited or no refills were offered to several guests. • No server checked in with our table after food was delivered. • We had to clear our own plates to make space for cake and presents. • When paying, the server seemed disinterested and dismissive. • Most concerningly, while sitting at the bar, I overheard our server speaking negatively about me and my family to another staff member. When she noticed I had heard her, she quickly left the area. The total bill for my dinner was $28.66, which isn’t significant—but the experience was. We came to your restaurant to celebrate milestones that mattered deeply to our family, and we left feeling disrespected and disregarded. This is not the first time I’ve raised concerns with Willie’s about inclusion and quality of service, and it’s disheartening to see no improvement. I hope you’ll take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to ensure better guest experiences in the future. I would appreciate a response addressing these concerns and letting me know what steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other families. Sincerely, Rico

I love Willies! I've been going for years. The food and the atmosphere is always so relaxed and welcoming. I normally get one of the burgers, and call it a day. The staff at the HW6 location have always been warm and welcoming, but I tried the 249 location the other day & our waiter Cody M. was great! He was very attentive, friendly, and made our experience. Thanks to the Willie's organization for always putting a smile on my face and food in my belly.

Love Willie's! We have ordered curbside pick up twice now & both times they bring out to our car right away & everything is just as we ordered it & still fresh & warm by the time we get home. The food is so good. Great flavor, very generous portions! I recommend the Country fried chicken & the Texas fried chicken club - YUM. Great customer service as well. Very friendly! We will be back again for sure.

Grabbed some take out from Willie's !! They are usually pretty thorough!! I ordered the grilled chicken meal with veggies and seasoned rice . The order taker should just pay attention to detail and not charge me for a full chicken strip dinner . It was suppose to be a kids meal chicken strip dinner. I didn't notice until I looked at my receipt. I didn't feel like waiting an extra 5 minutes to sort everything out while my food go cold. So I just left it as is.
