What new features make Willie’s Rewards better than the old loyalty program?

• With Willie’s Rewards, you can earn and redeem points at any Willie’s Grill & Icehouse location.
• Points can be earned any way you prefer to order from us – on our website, on our new app (iOS and Google Play), and in-store.
• You earn 1 point for every dollar spent at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse.
• You earn bonus points for each friend who downloads our new app when they use your Invite Code. Your Invite Code can be found in your app by tapping “More” at the bottom of your screen. Your points will be added to your account after your friend places their first order.
• Get a free small appetizer when you sign up for Willie’s Rewards via our new app.

• Limit one qualifier per visit per check
• Boiled crawfish items do not qualify for this challenge

Yes! You will first need to download our NEW app in the app store and create a new Willie’s Rewards account. Download here:

Is the old Willie’s eClub program still active?

Yes, if you are a current eClub member, that will not change. You will however not earn loyalty points unless you download the Willie’s Rewards App.

What can I redeem for my points?

• 30 points = Free Fountain Drink or Premium Side Upgrade.
• 45 points = Free Small Appetizer
• 60 points = Free Dessert or Kids Meal
• 100 points = Free Large Appetizer (offer excludes Nachos & Sampler)
• 150 points = Free Sandwich, Burger, or Salad
• 250 points = Free Entrée (offer excludes full rack of ribs)

Do reward points and special offers expire?

Points will expire 365 days after you earn them if you do not redeem them. Special offers will include expiration dates.
