What new features make Willie’s Rewards better than the old loyalty program?

• With Willie’s Rewards, you can earn and redeem points at any Willie’s Grill & Icehouse location.
• Points can be earned any way you prefer to order from us – on our website, on our new app (iOS and Google Play), and in-store.
• You earn 1 point for every dollar spent on food and beverages at Willie’s Grill & Icehouse.
• Get a free appetizer when you sign up for Willie’s Rewards via our new app.

Common Issues:

• Where do I scan my barcode? Go to the main page on the app, and click on “Scan,” then you can choose to either scan the barcode or manually type in the code.
• My barcode is not working, what is the issue? Make sure you are scanning the receipt you get AFTER you pay, not the ticket from the counter when you first ordered.
• I can’t sign in with my email address. If you signed up using Facebook or Apple ID, you must sign in using Facebook or Apple ID to access your account.
• I forgot my password, what can I do? Click on “Login” and then hit “Reset Password.” A link will be sent to your registered email allowing you to change your password.
• I used Pay At The Table but didn’t receive my points. If you paid with Pay At The Table, you must either get a receipt from your server in order to scan the barcode and receive points, or reach out to us at appsupport@williesgrillandicehouse.com and we will help.
• How can I add my gift card to my account? Currently, you can’t, but that feature will be coming out in the future.
• I didn’t redeem my offer within the four hours available, can I get a new one? If your offer is not redeemed within the time limit, a new coupon for the same offer is sent once the time limit expires.

Is the old Willie’s eClub program still active?

Yes, if you are a current eClub member, that will not change. However, you will not earn loyalty points or receive offers unless you download the Willie’s Rewards App.

Where is my Birthday coupon?

Birthday coupons are sent out on the first of the month. If you signed up after the first, you need to reach out to us at appsupport@williesgrillandicehouse.com, and we will help.

What can I redeem for my points?

• 45 points: Free 24oz Fountain Beverage or Upgraded Side
• 60 points: Free Chips & Queso
• 75 points: Free Dessert or Kids Meal
• 150 points: Free Appetizer (excludes Nachos and Sampler)
• 200 points: Free Sandwich, Burger, Soup, Salad, Chicken, or 5 Wings
• 300 points: Free Tacos, Coastal Catch Choice, Entrée, or 10 Wings (excludes full rack of baby back ribs)

Do reward points and special offers expire?

Points will expire 365 days after you earn them if you do not redeem them. Special offers will include expiration dates.

Do I receive points for gift card purchases?

You do not receive points for purchasing a gift card, but you can receive points when you use that gift card to purchase food or drinks.
