This Willie's is a favorite of mine. Have always loved to eat on the patio. During these cv19 times, I feel safe to eat here. Managers, please continue to do as much as possible for the safety of your employees as well as your diners! Ate lunch here Thursday, July 23. Masks were worn by order taker and servers - covering nose and mouth. Gabrielle was our server and she is exceptional. She wore gloves to handle everything she brought to us - thank you! I almost always order the fried shrimp with salad, no fries. Their fried shrimp is the bomb! Salad is always crisp and the lettuce is green - no brown edges - always a plus! (And love the pulled pork sandwich.) Gabrielle also brought us to-go cups. So appreciated!

I love Willies, I have been coming here for so many years. I live in Los Angeles so when my wife and I visit we always hit up willows at least once. I got their Willie Burger and my wife got the taco salad. They have such good menu items and have outdoor seating to socially distance. Super friendly staff and everything was made fresh. This place has it all

Okay, I finally got adventurous and decided to go out with the Hubs to an outside venue for the first time in months. Since we've been at home I've been honing my chef cooking skills more now so wasn't missing the restaurant scene as much. But today I was having cabin fever and called Willie's to see if they are serving dining's outdoors and practicing social distancing per CDC standards. When we arrived we had to where masks upon entering which I was happy to see. We ordered and found a table outside spaced far apart around the back side of the restaurant which I felt safely sufficient from our neighboring patrons. Haven't been here in years but I ordered my usual catfish and shrimp with onion rings. We also tried the hatch queso which was delicious. Fresh margaritas to top it off. My husband commented that he was glad to see the servers working during Covid and we made sure to tip them well. Final thoughts, the food was prepared fresh as normal and the service was great and most importantly I felt safe having dinner at this place outside. If you're looking to go somewhere for dinner nearby, this is a great place because they enforce protection for their customers safety during this Covid Pandemic.
