Location- 7911 IH 35 South San Antonio TX 78224. 11/15/25. Table 43. 7:18pm our 2nd check says . When we started we only got charged for 3 chicken fried chicken & our drinks. But one of our side on one of our meal was bad like tasted bad expires and our serve dimssed us that's how it supposed taste like. And said would bring our a different side instead but we got over charged for that side. We went for my birthday celebration to catch up with friends. And hadn't gone in a while so was disappointed:( didn't even get dessert. Before serve came in a bit to our table we refilled our cup like 2 times before then. We did still tip cash. But as my bday celebration was kind of disappointing... Sure the server was helpful but I guess started to push sales and as a serve you supposed let us know if you going to charge us for something else. He took the old recipet that just had 3 chicken fried chicken & 1 fountain drink& 1 water on it and gave me a new one with the new charges as it was my bday celebration I didn't want to make it a big deal so I did play for it but still very disappointed:( is there any way could get a better experience. An free meal or voucher of some kind?

I had a more meh experience at Willie's, and the food was alright. The alcoholic beverages were nice. Though the manager had helped me out and was quite professional. He was attentive to what I had to say, and I would come back every other month.

We went to willies on zarzamora on 3/16/2025 for my daughters birthday because that's what she had requested the food was over cooked and we ordered a crab boil the traditional style because my daughter is 10 and the Cajun would be way to spicy well when they brought the food it was Cajun I talked to the server and he took it to the back and the manager just rinsed it off with water and brought it back to the table she tried to eat it but again it's way to spicy so I asked to talk to the manager she she admitted she was the one who washed it off with water and gave it back to the server the manager didn't care that it was to spicy for my daughter she just said she washed it off with water and walked away from our table horrible service from the manager

I ordered a Willie’s grilled chicken sandwich and paid the extra 99 cents for sweet potato fries. When the server brought our orders to the table, my order had regular fries. I told her it was ok, but she insisted she fix the order. Instead of leaving the plate and just bringing sweet potato fries, she took my plate back and when I did get my order, the sandwich buns were soggy and the sandwich pretty much fell apart. I wish she would have just left it alone. I would have enjoyed the sandwich better.

We dined in tonight for the first time in months due to the pandemic. We were very excited to be out. However, our visit was extremely ruined because our service waiter Samia. She seemed rather irritated and rushed from the initial "greeting". Mind you, it was not busy in the facility at all. She did not drop off our food, and did not return to check on us at all. We had to stop a manager and he helped us greatly. Upon going and coming from the restroom, I saw our waitress sitting down at the server quarters and using an iPad. Very unprofessional to see, especially being that she never came to check back with us once. The manager helped us and took care of us. But, when she did finally return to the table, she did so with an even worse attitude and eye rolling. The food was outstanding and everyone else working seemed joyful. This was just overall bad service on her part.

Food was good, ordered delivery and took a while but was worth the wait There was a problem but was worked out satisfactorily.

Ordered takeout due to the pandemic issue so didn't go inside however , the BBQ ribs were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! I do recommend this place food was good !!
