A Texas Original Since 1993
We’ve been serving up icehouse classics, cold beer, and good times since 1993. From our days as a humble burger shack in Houston to becoming known across our great state, we’ve been Texas’ go-to spot for kicking back with family and friends for a generation!

Our menu brings together the best of Texas: Southern Cajun classics, Tex-Mex favorites, and big old-fashioned burgers. And it’s all made in house to boot. We make our sauces fresh daily, hand-bread and fry items to order, and use the best ingredients around to serve up delicious fresh from scratch meals for every taste.
Unique Locations
While you’re sure to see patios, garage doors, and troughs of beer at Willie’s, each location is unique to its neighborhood and offers its own experience. Our skilled team of craftsmen custom make each interior and fixture largely using reclaimed materials and our murals are hand-painted by local artists- you never know what you might discover!
At Willie’s we’re proud to be a part of our local communities and believe in helping our neighbors. We give back thousands every year to schools, churches, sports teams, and non-profit organizations through Sponsorships, Donations, and Spirit Night Fundraisers.
